2. Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies.
3. Our products
Chase Active products are complementary feeds and supplements for dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the feeding guidelines on the label. If your dog has a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is on medication, speak to your vet before use. Keep out of reach of children.
We make every effort to show product images, descriptions and ingredients accurately, but packaging may vary slightly.
4. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. This doesn't mean we've accepted it. Our contract with you is formed when we send an email confirming dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error, in which case we'll refund you in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
6. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a repeat order, we'll charge your chosen payment method at the interval you select until you cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us before your next billing date.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't legally be limited. We're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We're not responsible for business losses, or for losses caused by using products other than as directed on the label.
10. Your statutory rights
These terms don't affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Chase Active or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
